Michelle Harris, Associate

Michelle Harris has been an Attorney since 2013. She began her career representing insurance companies in product liability subrogation matters. Prior to joining Parenteau & O'Hara, P.C., represented individuals in divorce and family law matters, estate planning, and personal injury matters.

Michelle joined Parenteau & O'Hara, P.C. in 2022. She handles subrogation cases in Small Claims, District, and Superior Courts throughout Massachusetts involving issues of auto, products liability, construction defects, PIP/MEDPAY, uninsured/underinsured, and cases involving municipal, state, and federal entities.

Michelle has experience in civil matters from initial review of a case, drafting complaints, requesting and responding to discovery, defending and conducting depositions, trial preparation, and trials. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
